What Makes Ramen So Special?
Ramen, originally from Japan, has taken the world by storm. This Japanese noodle dish consists of wheat noodles served in a meat or fish-based broth, flavored with soy sauce or miso, and typically topped with various ingredients like sliced pork, green onions, bamboo shoots, and soft-boiled eggs. The balance of flavors—rich, savory, and comforting—makes ramen a meal that hits the spot every time.
In Singapore, ramen has evolved to incorporate local influences while maintaining its authentic essence. Whether you prefer a traditional bowl or a modern twist, the ramen scene here is nothing short of exceptional.
